RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

Thank you for shopping with ShumiBun®]. As a print-on-demand business, as well as a traditional retail shop, each POD item is custom-made specifically for your order. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

RETURNS

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Preference regarding color, design, or fit

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

We encourage customers to review sizing charts and order details carefully before completing a purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement item or refund at no additional cost.

LOST PACKAGES

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once a POD item has entered production, it cannot be canceled because it is being custom-made specifically for you. And, for non-POD items we allow the customer 15 minutes to cancel before we begin the packing and shipping process.
